Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcasting with OFDM : A Study of Mobile Reception under SFN

Abstract

DTTB (Digital Terrestrial Television Broadcastng) using OFDM (Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex) has been studied for new television services. In DTTB, SFN (Single Frequency Network) can be realized by OFDM because of its high immunity against noise and interferences. In this paper, theoretical study of BER characteristics degraded by Doppler shift under SFN is mentioned, and experimental results are also described.
