Measurements of Carrier to Noise Ratios of Small Aperture Antenna at Sun Interference

Abstract

The carrier to noise ratio is used as an important factor expressing the soundness of Ku-band satellite recieving conditions. It's influenced considerably by the meteorological phenomena, the noise temperature due to the rainfall and solar noise. In this paper, we will report the results from measurements of CN ratio at sun interference by small-aperture antenna.
