25-5 エンファシスを用いたDCT画像符号化

抄録

Emphasis is effective in the subband image coding. We propose a new spectrum model of images for designing emphasis filters. Coding simulation shows that the proposed scheme achives about 1dB improvement in SN ratio compared to the conventional DCT scheme.
