Abstract

The development of the objective quality estimation method of the color moving image is strongly hoped now. We investigated the objective picture quality estimation method of moving image. The PQSvideo (Picture Quality Scale for video) according to the evaluation model of the picture quality estimation approximate well the MOS (Mean Opinion Score).
