Abstract

It is strongly expected that multimedia is a key to produce new business and social reform. Today, multimedia field trials and service trials are being carried out in various places and many useful results have been obtained. In this mposium, the prospect of multimedia is viewed, by discussing the issues of multimedia opened through these trials from the viewpoints of technology and application.
