We studied a Detection of Commercial Messages on Tv Broadcast Programs for VCRs. We were able to recognize Commercial Messages and Programs by detecting special points of Audio and Video signal and measuring their interval. As a result, We realized "CM SKIP" on all TV programs. This is one of more convenient methods for VCRs.
