A teleconferencing terminal based on a personal computer using an overhead projection system has developed. This projection system consists of a 640×400 pixel active matrix LCD and the terminal can do with images that an user creates using various software utilities for personal computers. This paper describes the details of system configulations and how to make a telconference using 64kb/s digital communication channel.
