LCD[3] : Reports on 1993 SID Symposium

Abstract

Several papers selected from Session 20, 25, 34, 47, and Poster-Session P-44, 45, 46, 47 and 48 in 1993 SID Symposium are reported. Some topics are a reflective light valve using mechanical micro-mirror arrays, a high-resolution and compact 1.9-inch HDTV light valve using high-temperature poly-Si TFTs, a new pixel structure in TFT-LCDs with a high aperture ratio, and a full-color LCD fabricated by low-temperature poly-Si TFT technology.
