Abstract
In this paper we showed how to teach the focuser to create a space by the body sense method to beginners. Clearing a space by the body sense method emphasizes creating a space in the body. For this purpose, we reported the case of the focusing session held by a female focusing trainee. We made a verbatim record of her focusing. We examined the processes of creating a space by the body sense method and the guide’s guiding. The focuser, based on the guiding of the guide, started focusing by creating a space by the body sense method, and facilitated her focusing process smoothly. She experienced the liberation of mind and body and promoted her experiencing process by the subsequent focusing. We examined the features of creating a space by the body sense method and the way of the guide’s guiding.
