Abstract
Land readjustment projects use replotting for the settlement of the projects. But there is limitation of replotting such as the limit of the transfer of plots beyond project areas, the scope of the transfer of plots in the project area due to correspondence rule of former plots and new plots. There are two alternatives of replotting, exchange of plots and securitization of plots. The use of exchnge of plots will benefit land readjustment projects so that its legislation for land readjustment projects is recommended.
