Cost of Research Works in Joint Rebuilding Project with Road Enlargement and Land Integration

Abstract

The promotion policy on joint rebuilding projects, such as purchasing land with eminent domain to build road and introducing property right exchange system, is supposed to reduce the research works by planning consultants who are engaged in property right adjustment works. This paper proposes a new approach to measure the shortened cost of research works and increased benefit of joint rebuilding projects.
