The calculation of the vintage life cycles by the cases of building structure of Apartment in the Midtown of 3 areas (Minato-ku, Chuou-ku, Chiyoda-ku)

Abstract

According to the result of my field investigations in 2007, the real estate market cycle of Apartments has changes at about 16 years in the Midtown areas. The investigations showed that the vintage life cycles by the case of building made by wood is 37.08 years, which made by Steel is 42.84 years, and which made by Reinforced Concrete is 47.52 years.
