Abstract

Stored-product insects and their natural enemies were investigated by a trap baited with brown rice in a rice-milling factory on Okinawa-jima Island, Okinawa, Japan. The trapping period was September 1–17, 2014. Corcyra cephalonica (Stainton), Tribolium castaneum (Herbst), psocid and Amphibolus venator (Klug) were collected. There is only one report of A. venator being collected in Japan in 1999; this is the first record since then.
