Abstract
In recent years, among the animals nurses aim to establish as a profession, facility to provide the animal care fee in the field of veterinary medicine is seen here and there. However, from animal hospital, there were no reports of thinking and recognition of it. It was also examined how it’s effect on hospital staff in consideration of the nursing. In January 2012, animal nursing fee was set up in our hospital. Veterinarian and animal nurse from each workplace, began conducting awareness survey about the impact and perception of it. As a result, the introduction of animal nursing fee was re-recognize the expertise of animal nursing. Although, difference of professionalism in the workplace has been suggested.
