Abstract
It is said that practice education is very important in a veterinary nursing. The purpose of this study is to consider perioperative veterinary nursing practice education using opportunity of surgical castration in the first term year and to get the suggestion. Subject of this study are 21 students who third grade in veterinary nursing school. And we set educational goals, and evaluated whether they have achieved them using amount of description of the reports, contents of the reports, contents of the veterinary nursing records. As a result, most students were able to achieve the educational goals in practice for the first time. On the other hand, educational goal achievement rate of practice for the second time was low. Therefore, there is a possibility that students seem to be a mere repetition of the second time practice. So we will create a self-evaluation table of goal achievement and a detailed action plan of practical training, and presents a clear educational goals to students. And, it is considered possible to improve the learning motivation of students.
