Abstract

Since career education was proposed in Japan, career education for acquiring basic and general purpose abilities has been developed in elementary, secondary, and high school.

Some students who drop out of school are reported to have problems in school life due to developing non-cognitive skills. As a result, as support for the leaving school during a term, support for acquiring social manners etc is being carried out.

However, they tend to be support for graduation, and it is not support that looked after the graduation. In career education, support for development resilience, which is one of non-cognitive skills, is effective.
