THE UREA CONTENT OF THE CEREBROSPINAL FLUID IN ACUTE POLIOMYELITIS

Abstract

The urea content of the cerebrospinal fluid of poliomyelitis patients was measured. It was found to be reduced compared with the findings in healthy individuals. Following a treatment, there was a sharp rise in the urea level.
