STUDIES ON THE CONVULSION BY DESOXYPYRIDOXINE : (III) THE EFFECT OF DESOXYPYRIDOXINE ON ASPARTICGLUTAMIC TRANSAMINASE IN THE BRAIN OF MICE

Abstract

The lowering of the activity of aspartic-glutamic transaminase in the brain of the mice having died from the convulsion caused by the injection of desoxypyridoxine was not conspicuons, although it was noticeable to a certain extent. In vitro, no effect of desoxypyridoxine-phosphate on the activity of aspartic-glutamic transaminase was found.
