Abstract
Effects of administration of ATP or co-administration with cocarboxylase and α-lipoic acid were examined on 104 patients who showed abnormal ST・T and arrythmia on electrocardiogram. Remarkable effects were exerted on coronary insuffciency or premature beats observed on electrocardiogram in patients of arteriosclerosis, essential hypertension, renal and endocrinological disease. However, no effective influence was observed on patients of myocardial infarction, auricular fibrillation, paroxysmal tachycardia and cardiac valuvlar diseases. It was found that a continuous administration was more effective than a single dosage of these cofactors and co-administration exerted more remarkable effects on these symptoms than a single use of ATP.
