Abstract
Riboflavin-5'-monosulfate injected to animal can be analyzed by the method using both lumiflavin fluorescence method and paper chromatography. For the separation of riboflavin-5'-monosulfate, FAD, FMN and riboflavin by paper chromatography, the mixture of n-butanol・acetone・glacial acetic acid・water (5 : 2 : 1 : 3,v/v) was recommended as a suitable mobile phase.
