Abstract
Change of thiamine contents of urine and various organs was examined, when a strong sound stimulation was given consectively for a month to albino rats. The body weight decreased in most cases. The urinary thiamine decreased after a certain time after the sound stimulation. Decreases of the total thiamine content were observed in liver, brain, kidney and intestinal contents, while no appreciable changes were recognized in lung, spinal cord, stomach, intestine, heart, muscle and skin.
