Abstract
Pyridoxine+pyridoxamine, pyridoxal and pyridoxic acid were determined in blood, urine, liver, kidney and brain after the subcutaneous injection of pyridoxine to rabbits under the high temperature. No significant differences were observed in pyridoxine+pyridoxamine and pyridoxal of blood between the animals under high and ordinary temperatures, but pyridoxic acid content was lower at one hour exposure to 35 or 37℃ than that of control. Generally, pyridoxine+pyridoxamine and pyridoxal decreased in liver and kidney, pyridoxic acid decreased considerably in kidney, but in brain vitamin B_6 and pyridoxic acid were almost unchanged. In urine, pyridoxine + pyridoxamine decreased gradually notwithstanding the injection of pyridoxine, pyridoxal increased slightly at 30℃, 12 hours, and pyridoxic acid decreased. Urinary excretion of pyridoxal and pyridoxic acid was lower and retarded than the control.
