Abstract
Super High Definition (SHD) digital cinema distribution system with 8 million pixel resolutions has been developed. This system is called 4K Digital Cinema by Hollywood people. Hollywood studios are now making standard for digital cinema. Furthermore, SHD camera is developed to open the door to the new high quality image in the area of digital entertainment. In this paper, current progress of network distribution of SHD images over broadband networks.
