Abstract
Brother Industries, Ltd. exhibited attractions titled " Manufacturing Products, Creating Dreams: Brother Output Fantasy " at EXPO 2005 Aichi Japan. One of these attractions was the " Fantasy Theater " featuring a technology called " Retinal Scanning Display (RSD) " that was being studied by our NID (Network & Imaging Device) Research & Development Dept. RSD is a technology that projects images directly onto the retina of the eye by irradiating and moving light*, at high speed and utilizing the afterimages it causes. This paper introduces the high potential of RSD technology.
