Abstract
In order to transmit 3D views of a space, we have to solve some problems in capturing and displaying the spatial data. The former one is considered as the sampling problem, and the latter is not only a 3D display technology, but also a method for fee-viewpoint image synthesis which can give users their favorite view of the space. This paper introduces some results of the authors' research group.
