Character of resonant rolling motion of a ship on calm and long swells is analysed. There are two systems of swell: the one has the period of several tens seconds, and the other has of several tens minutes. The former originates from the eyewall, and the latter is issued from incide of eye of typhoon. These sorts of oscillation become serious when ship's GM=0.
