In the Pacific Ocean of the east of Japan, strange and unknown tidal waves destroy the huge vessels every about 11 years of winter season. This paper is some considerations of the special properties of dry air layer of 500mb, which always appears around the date of accident. When the value of temperature difference between dewpoint and exceeds 17℃, tremor and pulsation of deep earthquake follow. According to the analytical results, relative humidity of accidental time is 4.22% is the range of 38.6〜-211.5℃ of departure of dewpoint.
