Synthesis and Crystal Structure of 1-Cyclopropyl-6-fluoro-7-hydrozino-8-methoxyl-1,4-dihydro-4-oxo-3-quinoline carbohydrazide

Abstract

The title compound, C₁₄H₁₆FN₅O₃, was synthesized and the structure was investigated by X-ray crystallography. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 7.9062(9)Å, b = 10.4189(12)Å, c = 10.5347(12)Å, α = 62.983(2)°, β = 70.570(2)°, γ = 76.828(3)°, V = 726.01(14)ų, Z = 2, R = 0.0494. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and a π-π stacking interaction between the quinolone rings.
