Abstract
Nickel(II) 5,10,15,20-tetraphenyl[1,2-c]pyrrolo-21-ethylcarboxyl-22-dipyrrylmethylporphyrin, C58H41N7O2Ni, was synthesized. The crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction at 150(2)K, and belongs to monoclinic space group P21/n with lattice parameters of a = 17.002(5)Å, b = 11.984(3)Å, c = 24.361(7)Å, β = 92.289(4)°, V = 4960(2)Å3, Dx = 1.241 g/cm3, and Z = 4. R1 [I > 2σ(I)] and wR2 were 0.0540 and 0.1188, respectively, for 6229 obserbedreflections.
