Effects of extension exercise for worker's low back pain

Abstract
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of extension exercise for low back pain (LBP) in workers. The subjects were 80 office workers and 96 factory workers. The follow up period was 6 months. Out of 80 office workers, 54 (67.5%) had history of LBP, 21 (26.3%) had rest by LBP, 22 (27.5%) have LBP. By the hand, out of 96 factory workers adjusted by age, 45.8 (57.3%) had history of LBP, 23.9 (22.9%) had rest by LBP, 21.9 (27.4%) have LBP. To exercise 3times a week or more, LBP is decresed 53 office workeres (66.3%) and 79 factory workers (77.1%).
