The writer introduces a curve between M and r, as shown in Fig. 1. r is the mean radius of felt area, instead of the maximum radius, as shown in Fig. 2, 3 and 4. When M is larger than 7, all points are distributed very near the M-r curve. M can be estimated by the mean radius of felt area.
