From the results of the Part I of this paper, the following study is made. First, the b values of the four regions which express the characteristics of magnitude-frequency distribution are compared with each other. It is found that the b values don't show any remarkable differences for each region and for each focal depth.
Second, the m and β values which express the characteristics of amplitude-frequency distribution and seismic intensity-frequency distribution respectively, are obtained from the data of seismological stations near each region. These m and β values are discussed in relation with the b values.
