This report outlines the activities of the Advanced Educational Outreach lab (AEO) in the 2024 academic year, the fourth year since its establishment within the University of Tokyo's Research Center for Advanced Science and Technology (RCAST). It highlights AEO’s new positioning as an “interdisciplinary collaboration lab” within the institution, as well as its management structure and key accomplishments.

In collaboration with the Mohammed bin Zayed Award for Best Teacher (UAE), AEO organized a teacher training program in July 2024. This program introduced the traditions and recent developments of Japan’s school education system from both theoretical and practical perspectives. Participants included primary, junior high, and high school teachers visiting from the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Bahrain, Egypt, and Morocco.
