The present study provides a qualitative basis for assessment of proliferation resistant characteristics of isotopes of heavy metals and their mixtures
As a basic study of molten fuel-coolant interaction (FCI) in metal fuel fast reactors, we carried out a series of experiments for the fragmentation of a single molten copper droplet from 1 to 5g, which penetrates a sodium pool at instantaneous contact interface temperatures from 1005PoPC to 1342PoPC, to observe the behavior of fragmentation.
