In response to the trend of promoting DX in international development,we conducted focus group interviews with international development experts and ICT professionals to (1) identify factors that hinder the collaboration and co-creation between them and (2) derive an approach to this issue. As a result,a perception gap was observed between the international development professionals concerned about their ICT skills and the ICT professionals who expect them to be able to identify issues. As an approach toward collaborative creation, human resource development is recommended through learning examples and possibilities of ICT utilization linked to international development professionals' expertise and awareness of issues. It is also recommended that more opportunities and mechanisms be introduced to connect the problem-finding abilities of international development professionals with the problem-solving skills of ICT professionals.

This research focuses on methods to enhance prosocial motivation using SDGs card games. Three studies were conducted by introducing “perspective taking,” “contact with beneficiaries,” and “agreeableness” which are considered as the factors to improve prosocial motivation. The results in Survey 2 and 3 indicate the improvement of prosocial motivation. On the other hand, a comparative Survey was also conducted without SDGs card games. The result of the comparative Survey also showed the improvement of prosocial motivation. The results of this research indicate that a method using SDGs card games in Survey 2 was effective in improving prosocial motivation in the other methods from the perspective of the rate of improvement in prosocial motivation, and the hypothesis: “methods using SDGs card games are effective in improving prosocial motivation.” was verified.
