The innovation of tourism resources is an important way to promote the development of the tourism economy. The rapid development of Japan’s tourism economy is inseparable from its unique concept of innovative development of tourism resources. Based on the case study of Japan’s tourism resources development model, this paper classifies Japan’s tourism resources innovation into seven types: (1) Tourism Resources Re-packaging Type, (2) Excavation and Reconstruction of Historical Culture Type, (3) Characteristic Resource-driven Type, (4) Cultural Creativity Type, (5) Transformation Value Reconstruction Type, (6) Characteristic Block Development Type, and (7) Theme Park Development Type. These innovative types of tourism resources reflect the recognition of tourism resources with the times, construct a development model that can fully cohere the local historical and cultural heritage and physical and geographical characteristics, and present the situation of coordinated development of the region.
The tourism industry has an obvious promoting effect on national economic growth, and it is a modern economic form to promote economic and social development. Since Japan implemented the policy of establishing a country through tourism in 2003, the tourism industry has developed rapidly and made remarkable achievements. Based on the push-pull theory, this paper analyzes the reasons for the development of the Japanese tourism industry from two aspects of push and pull. In the push factors, this paper analyzes the relationship between per capita GDP and tourism consumption and then based on the latest Japanese official market survey data, through the analysis of specialization coefficient to clarify the specific push factors and trends of all age groups in Japan. The push factors, it is analyzed from the four aspects of “government behavior”, “non-governmental organizations”, “tourism resources” and “tourism environment” to reveal the concept and path of expanding the space of tourism development in Japan.
Shale oil is a key area of unconventional oil development and is expected to become a new growth point of oil production in the future. Jiyang Depression is a secondary basin located in the southeast of Bohai Bay Basin. The shale strata in Jiyang Depression are mainly developed in the Upper 4th Member of Shahejie Formation, the Lower 3rd Member of Shahejie Formation, and the 1st Member of Shahejie Formation in Paleogene. In the past 10 years of exploration practice, Jiyang Depression has made breakthroughs in many layers and various types of shale oil, showing a good exploration prospect of shale oil in Jiyang Depression. Based on previous studies, this paper discussed the characteristics of effective source rocks in Jiyang Depression from four aspects: (1) geochemical characteristics, (2) distribution characteristics, (3) lithologic structure characteristics, and (4) hydrocarbon expulsion characteristics. This paper is expected to provide a reference for the exploration and development of shale oil in Jiyang Depression.
