This study conducts a questionnaire survey of the parents of children with medical care needs. It focuses on the issues these children face in terms of receiving school attendance support. The purpose of this study was to suggest future support policies for school children with medical care needs and the development of the system. More than half of the observed children attended school to support their lives and mentioned about their sense of burden. Even if school nurses are assigned to these children, they might not receive sufficient care, suggesting that the rules and systems may deviate from the current state of study for children with medical care needs. In addition, teachers are required to learn about medical care, cooperate, and exchange information effortlessly. In addition, parents wanted to be able to use various services and spend their free time. As a future task, it is necessary to increase the number of subjects involved in the study, analyze the data for each prefecture, school type, and class type, and examine the commonalities and differences in the tasks.
