    We propose a novel GNSS precise positioning method Factional part of the Carrier Phase(FCP) and report that we have experimentally confirmed the method.In FCP, each measurement device samples a carrier-phase at the specific GPS-time and only a fractional part of carrier-phase is transmitted to the measurement program.The measurement program performs a 3-dimentional search to find an optimal baseline vector. In our experiment, when the search area is limited within 1 cubic meter (1×1×1 m), the experimental program found the correct baseline vector elapsing only 38 ms. A drawback of FCP is that it requires rough estimate of baseline vector, however, recent progresses of GNSS code-measurement accuracy may provide such an estimate.
