Voluntary "Something to live for" and "Independence" are recommended in the welfare policy. It has the purpose to cancel senior citizen's social instability at old age. However, "Something to live for" assumed here is the one assumed based on a social standard. The senior citizen is buried under the society by using given "Leisure". In this announcement, it is pointed out to involve the ideology that "Welfare as the right" is systematized among those from the aspect of making of "Something to live for" a body.
