Here, we analyzed the role of PalF in the ambient pH
signal transduction pathway of Aspergillus oryzae by disrupting
the palF gene. palF disruption resulted in significantly
decreased pacC expression. Based on this result, we concluded
that PalF played an important role in the ambient pH signal
transduction pathway of A. oryzae.
