The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual status of the introduction of renewable energy after the demonstration and the transition of the administration departments in charge of the companies that participated in the ‟Next Generation Energy and Social Systems Demonstration Project”. As a result of the analysis, all of the companies introduced renewable energy even after the demonstration and the departments in charge of renewable energy differed depending on the working group to which the company belonged. In this study, we will re-examine two precedents and examine the process of revising part of Article 35 of the Patent Act and where the problem was based on the transition from significant consideration to significant profit. This is because it is presumed that clarifying this will lead to motivation for research by researchers in companies and researchers belonging to laboratories, and that research will be carried out safely and continuously. At the same time, it may lead to the preservation of the research environment. Ultimately, I would like to make a new proposal as a solution.

The purpose of this paper is to examine how BSC and SDGs-C(SDGs Compass) should be aligned to fulfill their potential roles in realizing the strategy to achieve the SDGs. First, we explained the overview and features of BSC and SDGs-C respectively. Next, we examined how SDGs-C should be applied to effectively use of BSC on the premise that firms will use BSC to achieve SDGs. Since SDGs-C do not consider the causal relationships between strategic objectives in Strategy Map, we concluded that it is desirable to “partially” utilize BSC to strategically manage to achieve SDGs.
