Pesticide residues in leafy vegetables planted in andosol after the cultivation of paddy rice seedlings treated with probenazole chlorantraniliprole granules in greenhouse was investigated. The pesticide residues have been detected in komatsuna, garland chrysanthemum and spinach at the concentration level below the maximum residue limits of corresponding vegetables. Therefore, the risks of exceeding the maximum residue limits of tested vegetables planted after the cultivation of rice seedling treated at a dose of 50 g/box, which was under the current registration requirements, were considered to be low.
