Spondyloarthritis causes back pain due to inflammation of synovial joints including spine and sacroiliac joints. Various diseases have been suggested as reasons of spondyloarthritis. We report a case of patient with spondyloarthritis associated with SAPHO syndrome. A 74-yaer-old woman was suffering from intractable back pain for almost a year. Minodronic acid hydrate and facet rhizotomy were significantly effective her back pain, and denosumab sustained good pain management after changing from minodronic acid hydrate.
