These experimental studies consist of the groups, the results of which ar e as follows;
1. The tuberculin hypers ensiti veness is found not to be tra nsmitt ed to normal guinea-pigs through the blood transfusion from tubercu lous guinea-pigs.
2. The prophylact ic immunity a gainst living tubercle bacill i is not proved with normal guinea-pigs transfused with citrated blood of tubercul ous ones.
3. The therapeutic effect upon tuberculous fo ofci infected guinea-pigs is not shown by the blood transfusion from tuberculous ones.
