Electric powered prosthetic hand is generally chosen for replacing the function of the upper-limb amputees in the U.S. and Europe. 0n the contrary, the electric powered prosthetic hand is not popular in Japan. One of the causes of the situation is the deficiency in the usability. Further consideration is required for the signal source, control system, and actuator. And more, a system for conveying the sense of use to the body is a topic. In this study, our objective is to install a microcomputer in the hand to apply sensory control for stable grasp, power saving control for longer utilization, and control system that can be customized for each user.
