A case of adenolymphoma of the parotid gland is reported. The patient was a 51-year-old male. Ultrasound sonography (US), X-ray computed tomography (CT), magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and sialography were performed as the preoperative imaging examinations. Two round masses, approximately 4.5cm and 2.5cm in diameters, were revealed by US, CT and MRI. Both CT and MRI showed the masses in contrast with the salivary gland, while the limit between the masses and the muscle was distinct only by MRI. The bigger mass had high signal intensity on T2-MRI, indicative of the fluid presence in it. In the present case, MRI showed the most clear informations concerning both the limit and the fluid presence in the tumor.

132 impacted mesiodens out of 114 patients were investigated radiographically. These cases were divided into four age-groups of under 10, 11-30, 31-50 and over 51 years of age and were observed the sex difference, position, shape and the number of impacted teeth in each case. And the pericoronal space, the periodontal space and resorption of the tooth or ankylosis with surrounding bone tissues were also observed. The results were summarized as follows:
1. As to distinction between sexes, the males were predominant in all age-groups.
2. Single impaction cases dominated over 80% in all age-groups.
3. Inverted impaction cases were predominant in all age-groups.
4. Conical tooth in shape were dominated almost 100% in age-groups of 31-50 and over 51.
5. Increase the incidence of resorption of the crown or root and dental ankylosis in order of aging were observed.
