    In order to ensure the wind turbine run stably for a long time, it's an effective way to popularize online condition monitoring of wind turbines. This paper introduces the configuration software technology, combining with the
    ADO.NET
    database access technology and the network communication technology, designs and implementations the online condition monitoring system of wind turbine. The system can acquire and monitor the information of wind turbine such as vibration signal and speed in real-time, and carry out combination alarm and fault diagnosis. As a part of the monitoring system, the system configuration software is written specifically for the wind turbine with the configuration ideology. By using the system configuration software, the sample mode and storage method of the vibration signal can be set, and the information of wind turbine and its components such as bearing and gearbox can be managed. According to field test results, the network of the system can be built easily, and the network has high transmission efficiency which can ensure the real-time of the system. Meanwhile, the system provides rich analysis methods of vibration signal, which is very useful in fault diagnosis. It indicates that the system has broad prospect in the application of wind turbine.

    As information development has progressed in the field of architecture in China, owing to the lack of unified information exchange standards and information integration mechanisms, it is difficult to exchange and share information between different stages and application systems during the construction lifecycle. The formation of information islands and faults hinders the application of information technology in the field of construction, thus affecting the production efficiency of the industry. In this study, construction engineering management and computer building information modeling (BIM) are deeply integrated, and an international standard for the construction industry is introduced. Moreover, a BIM information integrated building management platform is developed that combines BIM technology with the construction engineering management to realize the exchange of engineering information and shared and integrated management, in addition to providing theories, methods, technologies, and platforms.

    We develop an electronic JSL (Japanese Sign Language)-Japanese dictionary. There are some dictionaries regarding JSL available in bookstores, but none of them is a type of dictionary where you can look up a JSL word and find the meaning corresponding to Japanese. Our dictionary is a phoneme-based JSL-Japanese dictionary. You search a target word of JSL by phonemes that constitute a JSL word, i.e., handshape, location, and movement. To develop a phoneme-based electronic JSL-Japanese dictionary, we first develop a database in which a JSL word is analyzed into phonemes, and then develop a system to narrow down candidates for a target JSL word that we would like to find, display the picture, and return the meaning. We also devise an interface that facilitates word search for the user.

    The purpose of this research is to develop a Damage Certificate Issuing Support System for maximizing the efficiency of the services cities must provide to citizens in response to a disaster. The system development work we did to support Ojiya City in the Niigata Chuetsu Earthquake was used as a case study to conduct this research. The objective was to build a GIS/database system to improve the efficiency of the city's services and to reduce the burden of the city workers, while providing satisfactory services to disaster victims. Additionally, the research aimed at building a centralized victims' database that can be used and developed throughout the city in the long run to support various relief activities.
