Digital transformation connects people, organization and society. With this change, values are diversified, new kinds ofvalue is born, and the social structure is beginning to change.
However, in countries that over-adapted to the present industrialized society including Japan, they are confused by the response to this change. This is because “Team” and “Human Resources” to create new kinds of values are different from conventional ones.
