The purpose of this study is to improve in the vegetation classification accuracy in the urban area using hyper-spectrum data. The SAM classification (Spectrum Angle Mapper) is used for the analysis of AVIRIS this time. These analysis results are compared with the analysis result of Quick Bird. The results are as follows: (1) AVIRIS and Quick Bird can extract a vegetation in high accuracy. (2) The analysis result of AVIRIS becomes higher than Quick Bird. (3) The SAM classification is effective in hyper-spectrum analysis.
