Abstract
This study is a continuation of research on teachersʼ performance concerning arts and crafts. In this study, by comparing the results obtained in the previous studies and a survey regarding elementary school arts and crafts programs, we decided to examine the utility of our method of evaluating teacherʼs performance using PF-NOTE. Six evaluators observed a class and evaluated the teacherʼs behavior using devices such as a PF-NOTE or CommentScreen to record the behavior immediately. Based on the transcripts, we analyzed the points of view evaluated by the visitors in the highly rated scenes and compared them with the results of previous studies. By comparing classes based on performance, we confirmed the utility of this evaluation system and reconfirmed the effectiveness of the eight elements that make up performance as an evaluation index.
